Uploading 3D Models

You can upload 3D models to your Shopify products using either the Wise360 App or standard Shopify Admin.

Method 1: In-App Catalog Scanner (Recommended)

1. In your Shopify admin, open Apps > Wise360: AR & 3D Product Viewer.
2. On the app Dashboard, view the Product Catalog Scanner.
3. Locate the product you want to attach a 3D model to, and click Upload 3D Model.
4. Drag and drop your .glb file, then click Save & Upload.

Method 2: Shopify Admin Product Media

1. Go to Shopify Admin > Products and click on your target product.
2. Scroll down to the Media section.
3. Click Add and select your .glb or .usdz file from your computer.
4. Shopify will upload and process the 3D model automatically.
5. Open the Wise360 app dashboard — the product will automatically show with 3D ready!
