Interactive 3D Hotspots (Annotations) allow customers to click specific points on your product to reveal specifications, material benefits, dimensions, and craftsmanship highlights.
How to Add Hotspots in Wise360
- Open Wise360 App > Dashboard.
- Find any product with a 3D model and click Manage Hotspots.
- The interactive 3D editor will load:
- Rotate and zoom the 3D model to pinpoint the exact location.
- Click directly on the model surface to place a new hotspot pin.
- In the hotspot configuration drawer, enter:
- Title: e.g., “Aerospace-Grade Aluminum Frame” or “Waterproof Sealed Seams”.
- Description: Brief, persuasive copy explaining the feature.
- Icon Type: Select from Pin, Info, Sparkle, Tag, or Star.
- Click Save Hotspots. The annotations will instantly be live on your storefront!
